Learn what strategic investors are looking for, how they make investment decisions, how to find them, and the best way to work with them.

Jay was previously Chief Architect at In-Q-Tel where he led In-Q-Tel’s highest profile engagements with government agencies, guiding them to modernize their technology strategies by exposing them to valuable benefits offered by startups. He led many investments in the infrastructure and security areas. Prior to In-Q-Tel, Jay was a technologist working in various engineering roles in both large companies and startups.
