Assessing Viability of Advanced Technology Startups Marc Tejtel, an economist and IP lawyer, has worked with technology SME and start-ups in several countries and in several capacities for over 40 years: banker, technology licensor, provider of technical assistance. Drawing from his experience, Marc has created several methodologies related to technology transfer, including VISA (Viability Indicators for Startup Assessment), a sequence of up to three phases conducted to assess the viability of a start-up that has developed a new technology.
