Your Startup's Capitalization Table: How It Is Calculated and How It Changes

Capitalization table (or "cap table" for short) is a document showing owners of the company, and details such as type of shares owned, and percentage ownership. In this workshop you will learn about different types of shares, how their value is calculated, and how cap table changes as the company grows and issues additional shares to employees, investors or others.
